After that, you can cancel with 30 days notice. We do not lock anyone into long-term contracts because we believe the results speak for themselves.

An interaction is any single conversation — a phone call handled by the AI Receptionist, a lead qualification sequence, an outbound call from the Sales Caller, or a social response drafted and sent. Reporting summaries and internal workflow steps do not count. If your volume exceeds the tier limit, we will flag it and discuss options before any overage applies.
